Designation : Technical Coordinator

Department & Functional Area : Real Estate Retail Valuation

Position (New / Replacement) : New

Type (Permanent / Contract) : Permanent (Probation Period- 6 Months)

Expected Joining Date: Immediate Basis

Job Location : Sector-62, Noida (Near Electronic City Metro Station)

Reporting To : Team Leader

Proposed Salary : 12000-20000 Per / Month (Candidates with relevant experience will be compensated higher)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in any stream with good CGPA.

Essential / Pre-Requisite:
Good writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.
Preferred Background / Skills
 Good Communication skill.
 Knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Job Description:

 Coordinate with the team of Real Estate Valuation Engineers.
 Answer queries of Clients (Banks / NBFC’s) on the valuations done for them.
 Prepare / Maintain the Retail and corporate Valuations database for the past projects done by the company.
 To update the MIS sheet & data on banks software/portal.
 Typing Speed-35 WPM
 Any other task assigned including data base management, CRM etc.,

Office Timings (Monday-Saturday):
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with full flexibility & willingness to travel which is vital in the role.)
