Back Office Operations

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage hotel and ancillary service contracts per SLAs.

• Execute daily tasks assigned by clients.

• Maintain high accuracy and quality control.

• Follow supervisor’s guidelines and complete assignments efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• No prior experience required.
