Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing product information and resolving any issues or concerns
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients
• Coordinate and follow up on sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update the sales database with accurate information on leads, contacts, and sales activities
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track sales performance
• Help manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for customers
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., shipping, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders
• Organize and schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, trends, and market conditions
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
• Ensure that sales targets and objectives are met by providing support to the sales team
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
