We are seeking a motivated and professional Back Office Sales Assistant to join our team for Tech Exchange in Indore at our Rnt Marg location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to B2B Sales. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
