Back Office Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone or through digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services. You will work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1.       Proactively reach out to leads and prospects via phone, email, and other digital channels to introduce our products or services.

2.       Qualify leads and assess their needs to determine the appropriate solutions to offer.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive buying experience.

Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems with relevant information.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
