Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

We need only Experienced candidates in Back Office Sales Executive Job.
The work will include the following activities -

1. Daily taking updates of the filed sales staff and updating the same on the review groups.
2. Co-ordinating with Dealers and Distributors on regular basis for any sales staff feedback, any scheme related document etc.
3. Payment follow up with the Dealers/Distributors.
4. Co-ordination with the sales team and factory regarding the requirement of the sales team - Folders, Catalogues, samples etc.
5. Getting the I card and Visiting Card ready for the sales staff.
6. Maintaing attendance of the Sales staff.
7. Verifying the TA DA of all the sales staff.
8. Verifying the PJP of all the sales staff.
9. Calling the expected clients and sharing the folders, based on thier requirements - once back from any exhibition.

These are some of the basic Job Responsibilities.
