- Handle day to day office activities
- Answer phone calls and manage emails
• Mange all housing society affairs, maintain the by-laws,
• Preparation of various administrative procedure,
• Day to day maintaining the cash and cheque register,
• Supervision of Security, Housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Collection of members maintenance bill time to time,
• Keeping track record of maintenance, outstanding and their collection, buildings repair and their scope of works,
• Arrangement of vendors appointment and Annual Maintenance
• Contract and their validity,
• Utility bill payments on time and their renewal date, e.g. Property Tax, Insurance of the building,
• Inspect the Electric Meter Room from time to time to prevent safety from Fire.
• Maintain the Diesel Generator for backup of society building power when shutdown of power occurs
• Various types of annual maintenance contracts are executed with vendors. e, g computer, CCTV camera, Diesel Generator, Gym Equipment’s, computer society portal, water level control indicator, Water Tank Cleaning, Elevator etc besides track record of many more members complaints,
• OFFICE PROCEDURE, MAINTENANCE, SOCIETY ACCOUNTS, RESPONSIBILITIES OF VARIOUS SECTOR OF SOCIETY AFFAIRS &OVERALL TO MANAGE THE OFFICE PROCEDURE AND SOCIETIES AFFAIRS.
