Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control mainframe or server operations, batch processing, and network functions.

• Perform data entry, verify data accuracy, and maintain records of daily operations.

• Start and shut down systems, back up data, and ensure scheduled tasks are completed.

• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues or escalate them to IT support.

• Operate peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and external drives.

• Maintain logs of operations and report any system malfunctions or downtime.
