 Job Summary:
Candidate will serve as the liaison between customers and our bodyshop team, facilitating the repair process and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will assess vehicle damage, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate repairs with our skilled technicians to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. This role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of automotive body repair processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and building trust.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, including bodywork, paint, and structural components.
3. Provide accurate cost estimates for body repair and restoration services, explaining repair options and procedures clearly to customers.
4. Coordinate repair appointments, scheduling bodywork, painting, and other necessary .
repairs with the bodyshop team to ensure timely completion.
5. Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and any additional repair recommendations.
6. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously, seeking to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
7. Work closely with insurance companies to process claims, obtain approvals, and facilitate payment for repair work.
8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair estimates, and repair orders in the dealership's database system and customer documents i.e.RC Book, Insurance.
9. Uphold dealership standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence at all times.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Technical knowledge of automotive body repair processes, including frame
straightening, panel replacement, and painting.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and procedures related to automotive repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and priorities effectively.


Education:
• Diploma or Any Graduate or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

 Working Hours: 09:45-07:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
 Salary: 12k – 15k for more experienced candidate high salary depends on interview.

Experience or study in Automation is Mandatory
