Backend Executive

Job Title: Backend /Tele Caller.
Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Salary ranges from Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month.

Job location: Camp, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process orders from the Shopify channel and ship them through Shiprocket. 

• Verify orders before shipping. 

• Handle weight disputes through Shiprocket. 

• Call customers for RTO (Return Order), cancelled, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) orders to confirm the reason. 

• Create and dispatch shipments for Shiprocket FBA. 

• Generate MRP labels, create product barcodes, and print them. 

• Coordinate with courier companies to dispatch orders and shipments. Convince customers to proceed with their orders and promote additional products.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.

• Provide excellent customer support and address enquiries professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills for calling customers.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Detail-orientated with excellent data entry skills.

• Prior experience in backend operations and customer calling is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
