Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Communication & Demos

• Conduct product demonstrations over Google Meet to clients (primarily police officers and investigators).

• Handle inbound product inquiries from our website and follow up via calls using our internal software.

🔹 Sales & Lead Generation

• Send one-time bulk emails to potential clients to generate new leads.

• Negotiate rates with clients and provide quotations and invoices.

🔹 Student Counselling

• Guide and counsel students interested in learning Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking.

• Share course details, help them choose the right path, and assist with enrolment.

🔹 HR & Recruitment

• Make calls to potential hires for remote/office-based, full-time/part-time roles.

• Assist in shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding processes.

• Handle basic employee issues and queries.

🔹 Payroll Support

• Prepare salary reports and email salary details to employees monthly.
