Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good command of drafting letters, emails, and documents. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in administrative and clerical tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and format official correspondence including letters, reports, and memos.

  • Maintain and organize office documents and records, both physical and digital.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders via email and phone.

  • Assist with data entry, file management, and routine office tasks.

  • Provide support to senior staff in administrative duties.

  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.

 

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good drafting skills – preparing clear, concise, and professional documents.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and recordkeeping.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Prior internship or experience in clerical or administrative roles (not mandatory).
