Computer Operator cum stenographer

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator cum Stenographer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both clerical and technical tasks, including data entry, document management, and stenographic duties. You will be expected to operate computer systems efficiently, manage and organize digital files, and ensure accurate input and retrieval of data. In addition, you must possess excellent shorthand skills to take dictations, transcribe meeting notes, and prepare official letters, reports, and other documents in a timely and accurate manner.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a good typing speed (minimum 30-50 wpm) are essential. The candidate should also have the ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are crucial for this role.
