Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Position : Data Entry Clerk
Location : Saudi Arabia
Salary: 2000-2500 SAR
Benefit : Food, accommodation and travel provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
Review and verify the accuracy of data entered into the system.
Maintain and organize records and files for easy retrieval.
Perform routine data entry tasks such as preparing spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.
Identify and correct errors in data and ensure data integrity.
Work with other departments to ensure data is processed and organized correctly.
Ensure data is entered in a timely manner and adhere to any deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in generating reports or performing data analysis as needed.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum of [XX] words per minute).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
