Job Summary:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator & Support Executive to manage data
entry tasks in the Institution ERP and assist students with queries related to the
mobile app. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data management and provide
seamless support to students and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Institution ERP Data Entry & Management:
● Accurately input, update, and maintain institutional data in the ERP system.
● Manage records related to admissions, faculty, courses, fees, and attendance.
● Ensure data consistency and integrity across the system.
Student Support (Mobile App):
● Handle student queries related to the mobile app via calls, emails, and chat.
● Assist students with login issues, application status, and general
troubleshooting.
● Guide students on using key features of the mobile app.
● Coordinate with the technical team to report and resolve app-related issues.
General Administrative & Technical Support:
● Maintain and update institutional documentation as per policies.
● Assist faculty and administrative staff in navigating the ERP system.
● Escalate unresolved technical issues to the IT team.
● Ensure compliance with data security and privacy guidelines.
Requirements:● Skills:computer knowledge
● Good Communication
○ Proficiency in institutional ERP systems and student management
tools.
○ Familiarity with mobile app support and troubleshooting.
○ Strong communication skills (English and local language preferred).
○ Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
○ Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in educational institutions or student support services.
● Basic technical knowledge of mobile applications and helpdesk support.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple queries efficiently
