Key Responsibilities:

4. •Administrative Tasks•: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

5. •Data Retrieval•: Retrieve data from computer systems as requested.

6. •Data Analysis•: Perform basic data analysis and provide insights as requested.

7. •Quality Control•: Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

8. •Confidentiality•: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

1. •Education•: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.

2. •Experience•: 1-2 years of data entry experience required.

3. •Skills•:

- High accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

- Excellent keyboarding skills (minimum 40 wpm).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. •Physical Demands•: Ability to sit for long periods, use computer equipment, and perform repetitive tasks.
