The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely entry of production, inventory, and operational data into our systems, helping streamline processes and maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter production and inventory data into software systems or spreadsheets.

• Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and update databases with current and historical records.

• Generate reports from the data as needed by management.

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to gather required information.

• Manage and archive physical and digital documentation systematically.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

• Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or specialized ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to type quickly and accurately.

• Good communication skills to liaise with various departments.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and inventory management is an advantage.
