We are looking for a skilled Computer Operator to join our growing team.

As an exporter and importer of CKD kits, trailers, tippers, and custom vehicle bodies, we need someone who can manage office work and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

✅ Job Requirements

💻 Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Comfortable with email handling, PDFS, file conversion, data entry, and typing

Knowledge of export documentation software/tools is a big plus

📄 Documentation Responsibilities

Should be able to prepare or learn to prepare:

Proforma Invoice (PI)

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Shipping Bill

Bill of Lading (B/L)

Customs Documentation

Logistics & transport-related paperwork

🌐 English Communication

Must have good written and spoken English

Should be able to draft professional emails and communicate with clients confidently

🧠 Other Skills

Fast learner with attention to detail

Organised, reliable, and positive attitude

Willing to grow with the company

Team player and proactive

🎯 Bonus

Experience in logistics, export-import, or customs documentation is highly appreciated
