Responsibilities Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, or forms. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output. Maintain data integrity and ensure data is up-to-date and error-free.Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.Sort, organize, and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.Communicate with supervisors or team members for clarification on data discrepancies.Assist with generating reports or summaries from the data if required.3. Skills RequiredFast and accurate typing.Attention to detail and ability to spot errors.Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.Ability to follow detailed instructions.Good communication and time management skills.
