We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and experience in accurately entering data. This role involves working closely with the operations team to ensure timely shipment documentation and data management.

Hiring Specifications:

• Typing Speed: At least 30 to 40 words per minute with minimal errors.

• Excel Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel.

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with the team.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry.

• Gender: Male candidates only.

• Police Verification: Mandatory for all staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter all shipment details into the company’s software as per company guidelines.

• Error Reporting: If errors are found, promptly inform the branch supervisor for correction.

• Daily Pre-Alerts: Send daily pre-alerts to the operations hub for all shipments sent from the branch.

• Cross-Checking: Ensure shipments have reached the operational hub on time.

• Delay Notifications: Notify the supervisor immediately in case of delays.

• Document Verification: Check shipment documents, including invoices and KYC. If an invoice is missing, create one as per the customer.

• Packing and Dispatching: Assist the loader in packing and dispatching shipments from the branch to the operations hub.

Budget(Salary): Upto ₹18,000 per month
