Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding data-related queries.

• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.

• Contribute to the development of improved data entry processes.

• Develop and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

• Operate relevant data entry software, such as ERP systems; knowledge of Tally is an advantage.

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into systems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) – Mandatory

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is an added advantage.
