Job Description

Enter, maintain & organize data in a computer
Handle day to day office activities
Answer phone calls and manage emails

Data Entry:
Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.
Ensure that data is organized, error-free, and up-to-date.
Perform routine data checks to ensure consistency and integrity across various data sources.
MIS Reporting:
Generate, maintain, and update regular and ad hoc reports for management, teams, and departments.
Prepare and present data-driven insights to aid in decision-making.
Create and manage automated reporting systems or dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other MIS tools.
Data Analysis:
Analyze large volumes of data, identify trends, and summarize findings for management review.
Ensure that all data analyses are accurate, timely, and meet business requirements.
Collaborate with teams to develop and optimize reporting processes.
Database Management:
Maintain and update database systems to ensure accuracy and availability of data.
Assist in the design and implementation of databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Ensure data privacy and security in compliance with relevant laws and company policies
