Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. You should have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into various systems accurately and efficiently.

• Verify the accuracy of data before input and perform regular data audits.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Generate reports and perform data analysis when needed.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.

• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.

• Basic understanding of databases.

• Good command of English (oral and written) and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
