Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the system with accuracy and speed.

• Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.

• Maintain and organize digital files and records.

• Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding data when needed.

• Assist in generating reports or preparing data for analysis.

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential and secure manner.

• Perform routine administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is up-to-date and accessible.

• Support the team in various ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in data entry or related field preferred).

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other relevant software.

• Strong typing skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with data entry procedures and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM systems).

• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with handling confidential data.
