• Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines and deadlines.

• Quick assistance to customers on WhatsApp or via email about the visa status and Worked on the Immigration department.

• Typing visas for all type of nationalities

• Updating the report formats as per the instructions from the higher management.

• Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
