We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Verification Executive to join our team. The role involves verifying and validating various documents submitted by clients, customers, or internal departments to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Review and verify identity documents, educational records, employment history, and other submitted paperwork.
Ensure all documents are authentic, complete, and meet internal and external compliance requirements.
Cross-check information provided with official sources or databases.
Update internal systems with verification results and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with clients or applicants in case of discrepancies or missing documentation.
Report any fraudulent or suspicious documents to the relevant authority.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
Collaborate with other departments for seamless processing and follow-ups.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration, law, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in document verification, data entry, or compliance roles is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and basic database software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
May involve working with confidential and time-sensitive data.
