We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Verification Executive to join our team. The role involves reviewing, validating, and verifying a variety of documents submitted by clients, employees, or vendors to ensure their authenticity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Review and verify the authenticity of documents such as ID proofs, educational certificates, financial records, legal papers, etc.
Ensure that all submitted documents meet required standards and criteria.
Cross-check details against internal databases or external verification sources.
Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or fraudulent documents for further investigation.
Maintain proper records of verified documents in digital or physical format.
Coordinate with relevant departments or individuals to resolve document-related discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Assist in developing and improving verification procedures and protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry, back-office operations, or document verification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document handling software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations is an advantage.
Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
Familiarity with tools like OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or document management systems.
Multilingual abilities (optional but beneficial).
