In this role you will be part of the e-Commerce Operations Team, and you will be responsible for the following:

Your tasks

• Conduct market research and analysis to drive online sales.

• Updating product data in our systems.

• Generate reports for business analysis.

• Checking and improving the correctness of data, Manage online inventory, order management from receiving orders to dispatch.

• Track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with other teams for day to day work.

• Execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads.

• Manage inventory on company’s website and coordinate with Website designers for any updates etc..

• Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement.

Required skills and qualifications

• 12th Pass/ Graduation in any field.

• 1+ years of experience in the operations / e-commerce industry for online sales and achieving revenue targets.

• Good Computer skills- MS office (includes MS word/ Excel), Emails, Google search.

• Managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations.

• Understanding of e-commerce and social media platforms,

• Excellent analytical skills in analyzing data, conducting market research.

• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with good English.

• Additional Qualification: Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and others.

• Familiarity with online E-commerce Platforms, marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
