Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipping in a timely and accurate mannerGenerate shipping labels and coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.) for daily pickups Maintain packing material stock and ensure quality packaging aligned with brand standards Conduct order checks to avoid errors or missing items Assist with order returns and exchanges as needed Update order status and coordinate with the customer service team Perform basic inventory audits and stock updates Key Requirements Prior experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or warehouse roles is a plusBasic computer skills (Excel, order panel handling, courier platforms)Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibilityAbility to work independently and manage time efficientlyWillingness to work in a fast-paced startup environmentHigh level of integrity and ownership
