Ecommerce Operations Executive

📍 Location: Limbayat
🕗 Timings:

• Male: 8 AM - 7 PM

• Female: 9 AM - 6 PM
  💰 Salary: Decided in the interview

Job Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Order Processing & Packing

• Pack products as per Meesho guidelines.

• Stick shipping labels on Meesho bags.

• Scan labels and update data in the system.

• Ensure all products are properly packed before dispatch.

2️⃣ Return & Claim Handling

• Accept return orders and verify the product condition.

• Provide OTP to the delivery person for returns.

• Claim wrong return products and follow up with Meesho seller support.

3️⃣ Inventory & Sales Reporting

• Track top-selling products and update stock status.

• Provide insights on which products need restocking.

4️⃣ General Support

• Help other employees when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

✅ Skills: Basic computer knowledge & thoda English
✅ Gender: Male/Female can apply
✅ Experience: Fresher or experienced both can apply
