Ecommerce Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and inventory management systems, playing a key role in boosting our online presence and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, , Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc.)

• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels

• Order Process, A+ listing , PPC Campaign,

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, etc.) to ensure timely execution of campaigns and orders

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and web traffic; generate reports and provide actionable insights

• Execute promotional activities, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns in alignment with marketing plans

• Ensure smooth customer journey and improve user experience (UX) on the website

• Resolve customer queries and complaints received through online platforms in coordination with the support team

• Experienced in domestic as well as internationally also.

• Track competitors and market trends to stay updated and adjust strategies accordingly

Experience : 1 to 3 yrs of exp
