Job Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management:

• Oversee overall warehouse operations for B2B and B2C (E-Commerce) businesses, including Domestic and International shipments.
• Manage outbound operations in a 45,000 sq. ft. warehouse.
• Maintain and upgrade warehouse fixtures and equipment.
• Ensure accurate reporting with daily/monthly MIS for all warehouse phases.
2. E-Commerce Operations:

• Manage D2C operations and marketplace platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and others.
• Coordinate logistics for timely order pickups and deliveries.
• Address daily operational queries with back-end teams and maintain TAT compliance.
3. Brick-and-Mortar Operations:

• Strategically utilize and deploy manpower to meet organizational goals.
• Reconcile outbound operations to meet KRA targets.
• Collaborate with corporate teams for campaigns and promotions at e-commerce portals.
4. Planning and Coordination:

• Plan special strategies for festivals and promotions.
• Hold weekly/monthly reviews with marketplace backend teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Excellent coordination skills with logistics, warehouse, and corporate teams.
