• Job Description for Junior Merchandiser :

• Key Responsibilities: Order Follow-up: Tracking order progress, coordinating with production, logistics, and PPC teams.

• Data Management: Maintaining and updating databases (e.g., order tracking, inventory, customer information) using Excel or other relevant software.

Communication: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, etc.) via email and phone.

• Required Skills: Textile graduate (Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology or related field). Fresher also do. Computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.  

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes and terminology.

• Desired Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems. Basic Knowledge of home textile products.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
