Job Description:
Seeking a young and intelligent candidate for the position of Ecommerce and Office Operations. This role involves supporting various ecommerce operations and administrative tasks, with a focus on major ecommerce portals like Indiamart, GEM, Meesho, and Amazon. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Listings Management:
• Create and manage product listings on Indiamart, GEM, Meesho, and Amazon.in.
• Optimise descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum sales.
• Ecommerce Ads Campaigns:
• Conduct keyword research and optimise ad campaigns on ecommerce portals.
• Manage ad budgets and monitor performance for optimal ROI.
• Deals and Promotions:
• Create deals for promotions and monitor their performance.
• Manage inventory and order fulfilment alerts.
• Pricing:
• Monitor market trends and competitors to recommend pricing strategies.
• Regularly review and adjust product pricing.
• Portal-wise unit economics Calculation:
• Analyse sales data to calculate profit margins for ecommerce SKUs on multiple platforms.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities to increase profitability on all listed SKUs.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of vendors and clients contracts
• Prepare and update employee documentation, including contracts and performance evaluations.
• Miscellaneous Analytical and Administrative Tasks:
• Product MRPs, buyer messages, review analysis, return reports analysis
• Maintain HR data for all employees like salaries, offer letters, identity documents and other official documents
Requirements:
• Experience in ecommerce operations and administrative tasks for at least 2 years.
