KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
01. Oversee, process & manage the orders on marketplace & websites (Amazon USA, Canada, Australia, FBA, Flex, International vendor model, ebay, Walmart, Flipkart, Jiomart, Myntra)
02. Tracking and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
03. Collaborating with manufacturing and OEM teams to optimize inventory storage and logistics
04. Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels.
05. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders
06. Coordinating with shipping carriers to optimize shipping methods, timely handover and costs
07. Tracking order status and communicating updates to customers.
08. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.
09. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.
10. Maintaining the accuracy and appeal of product listings, descriptions, and images.
11. Collaborating with respective account managers to optimize the customer experience and identifying areas for improvement in content.
12. Analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
13. Generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
14. Using data to inform decision-making and optimize e-commerce operations.
15. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
16. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce.
17. Return management, file case against damage, fraud return on marketplace.
18. Should have knowledge to work on unicommerce or easyecom like panel.
19. warehouse management (Maintain Bin, racks system)
