Job Description

    Aromaaz International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth daily operations to enhance the Director's productivity
    Key Responsibilities:
    1-Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
    2-Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
    3-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
    4-Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
    5-Conduct research and provide data analysis to assist in decision-making.
    6-Follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the Director to various teams.
    7-Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
    8-Screen calls, emails, and communication to prioritize urgent matters.
    9-Maintain and organize files and documents for easy access.
    10-Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
