Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to [MD, e.g., the CEO]. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business execution and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and offsite meetings.

Maintain and organize files, records, and contact databases.

Support with personal tasks and errands as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
