Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) with Event Management Experience

Location: Manimajra

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) with experience in event management to support our senior management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.

Organize travel, accommodations, and itineraries.

Maintain confidential records and files.

Event Management:

Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and meetings.

Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers for event logistics.

Handle invitations, guest lists, and event registrations.

Communication & Coordination:

Act as a point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Handle office coordination and assist in decision-making processes.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant (preferably with event management exposure).

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event planning tools.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
