The Executive Assistant (EA) plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring that daily operations are executed smoothly and efficiently. The EA is responsible for handling confidential information, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating communication across teams and departments. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities – • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible. • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, visas, accommodations, and ground transportation. • Assist with project management tasks as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
