Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in finance and accounting,

with strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and supporting

overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger updates, and bank reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

Work on GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Generate financial reports using Tally and Excel as per company requirements.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce or related field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (preferably Tally Prime).

Proficiency in MS Excel – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.

Prior experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
