Job Title: MIS Executive Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month Company Overview: We are a garments company engaged in trading, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the garment industry. Job Responsibilities: • Develop, manage, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for business operations. • Work extensively with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools. • Perform data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making. • Utilize VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Nested Functions, and Arrays for efficient data processing. • Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and integrity across different systems. • Generate sales, inventory, and financial reports as per business requirements. • Work with multiple data sources to create consolidated reports. • Assist in automating repetitive tasks using Excel macros or scripts. • Collaborate with different teams to improve operational efficiency using data-driven insights.Requirements: • Experience: 2 to 5 years in MIS, preferably in the garment industry. • Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and other analytical tools. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to extract insights from data and present them in a structured manner. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling large data sets and reports. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Commerce, or related fields. • Experience in inventory, sales, or financial reporting. • Knowledge of basic automation techniques for reporting
