Database Maintenance: Ensure that the company’s data is stored securely and regularly updated.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards for easy tracking of key metrics.
System Support: Provide support to staff in using internal systems, and troubleshoot any issues related to data or reporting tools.
Collaboration: Work with different departments (Finance, Sales, HR, etc.) to gather data and create customized reports.
Automation of Reports: Automate routine reports to improve efficiency.
Data Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and data cleansing tasks to maintain data quality and consistency.
Ad-Hoc Reports: Handle ad-hoc report requests from management and other departments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an MIS or data management role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
