MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage data in Excel with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).

• Handle attendance and payroll management across different portals.

• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis for management.

• Ensure timely data entry, validation, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll processing and employee records.

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize reporting processes.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

• Experience in attendance and payroll management using different portals.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Prior experience in HRMS or payroll software is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
