Job Role:

Looking for a smart and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and report data related to:

• IVR Call Response: Track and report incoming calls, monitor performance, and support IVR-related queries.

• Bulk WhatsApp: Send and monitor bulk WhatsApp messages, maintain delivery and response data.

• Data Maintenance: Daily data entry, reporting, and dashboard updates using Excel/Google Sheets.

Skills Required:

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Charts)

• Basic understanding of IVR and WhatsApp tools

• Strong attention to detail & reporting skills

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
