Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage event-related databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Handle the daily data entry, updating, and maintenance of databases.

• Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reports based on data from various sources.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.

• Create dashboards and reports to analyze event performance, budget tracking, and other key metrics.

• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary event data and ensure the accuracy of information.

• Ensure data is well-organized and secure while also being easily accessible for management.

• Assist in generating insights and recommendations based on database reports to help improve event planning and execution.

• Perform other administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Database Executive, or similar role, preferably in an event management company.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other data analysis tools.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
