Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive / Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of data management and strong proficiency in MS Excel. This role requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring the integrity of data across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company databases and systems with high accuracy.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).

• Maintain and manage MIS reports and dashboards.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of data.

• Assist in data analysis for management decision-making.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, etc.)

• Basic understanding of database systems and data entry processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good typing speed.

• Effective communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in data entry or MIS role.

• Certification in MS Office (preferred).
