Job Summary:
Outstay Hotels & Apartments is looking for a skilled Front Desk Executive to manage daily front office operations while also handling MIS (Management Information System) and inventory management. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and proficient in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
• Manage guest records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
MIS (Management Information System):
• Maintain and update hotel databases, guest records, and booking reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Track occupancy rates, revenue reports, and operational statistics.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels of hotel supplies, including linens, toiletries, and office materials.
• Maintain an updated inventory database and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely restocking of essentials.
• Ensure cost-effective inventory control and reduce wastage.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in front desk operations or hotel administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel management software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional attitude.
