Job Description

Ø Daily outlet photo checking with remarks -

o    Check photos of PC & Stock available but no order

o    Incase of outlets where photos not proper –

§ Share daily summary report and escalate with TSI / SO / ASE & Mitesh sir and Hitesh sir.

§ Keep track of outlets to ensure data cleansing is there.

Ø Outlet master data

§ Territory wise / TSI wise vs Distributor vs Beat vs Outlets vs Monthly Secondary Monthly Visit vs Monthly UTC vs Monthly UPC

§ Keep track of existing beats / outlets where

·         Visit is not done.

·         Visit is done but no order received.

·         Throughput is less.

·         New Outlets addition.

·         Overall, there should be net increase in secondary and outlets.

§ You can share and review data on 1st and 15th of every month - with TSI / SO / ASE & Mitesh sir and Hitesh sir.

§ Incase of new joinee TSI or replacement TSI – Please ensure beats and outlets are mapped with TSI.

·         Ensure all existing outlet or beat are mapped.

Ø New Distributor & Beat creation for TSI / SO – maintain area wise if possible so in future it is easy to map to any replacement TSI or Distributor.

Ø Secondary scheme checking:

§ Upload provided key accounts list with margin and make it live, coordinate with Anas.

§ DB claims can be directly calculated from field assist.

Ø Distributor stock and sales to be made live in Field Assist -

§ All backend work to be completed in this month end by Bharat.

§ October opening stock to be mapped distributor wise.

Ø Amazon Cost Saving Project:

§ Expense report of Amazon

§ Inventory report

Ø Coordinate with Field Assist for future system implementation such as

§ Outlet wise stock level if required. (To be decided by Hitesh sir / Mitesh sir / RVG)

§ Attendance system

§ Sales Validation

§ Morning Report

§ Updating outlet status

§ KPI system

§ Outlet data hygiene system

§ We will implement above systems as and when required.
