Job Overview:

Celestile is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data management, reporting, and analysis, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and related tools. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and other data visualization tools.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, and Macros (preferred).

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation, auditing, and quality control measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Efficiently manage and organize large datasets for streamlined operations.

• Assist in the development and implementation of data management strategies to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail, Sheets).

• Strong understanding of spreadsheet functionalities, including advanced formulae and logical operations.

• Typing Speed: Candidates with a Typewriting Lower & Higher Grade in English will be preferred.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

• Background in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is advantageous.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and Application Script is a plus.

Assessment Areas (During Selection Process):

Candidates may be evaluated on practical exercises and questions related to:

• Creation & manipulation of Pivot Tables

• Use of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH functions

• Experience with Google Sheets and advanced functionalities

• Understanding of nested functions and absolute references

• Knowledge of arrays and their applications

• Ability to create Pivot Tables using data from multiple sources

• Awareness of function constraints (e.g., VLOOKUP limitations)

• Application of logical conditions/operators for multi-criteria analysis
