Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Faridabad, Green Field

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments to generate reports for management.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (e.g., sales, finance, production) and ensure they meet accuracy and quality standards.

• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to assist management in making informed decisions.

• System Management: Ensure that the organization’s MIS system is running efficiently and all data is updated in real-time. Coordinate with IT teams for system enhancements.

• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entry, ensuring no discrepancies across reports.

• Troubleshooting: Address any issues with data systems, provide troubleshooting support, and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with different departments (sales, finance, HR, etc.) to understand data requirements and assist in providing meaningful insights.

• Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain documentation related to reports and data processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in data management or MIS.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), MS Access, and Power BI (or similar BI tools).

  • Experience with ERP and CRM software is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze large sets of data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and presenting findings.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues and implement solutions.

• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools.

• Basic understanding of financial and operational reporting.
